What I collect
When you use the quote form, I collect the details you enter: your name, phone, email, ZIP code, the type of coverage you need, household size, any notes you add and your answers to the coverage check.
How I use it
I use your information only to respond to your request, compare coverage options and help you enroll. With your consent, I may contact you by phone, text or email about your request.
What I don't do
I never sell your information or share it with marketers or lead sellers. I share details with an insurance carrier only when you ask me to submit an application on your behalf.
How your request reaches me
Quote requests are emailed to me through FormSubmit, a form delivery service, and a backup copy is stored with my website host, Netlify.
Appointment booking
When you book a call, your name, email and the details you provide are sent to Calendly, my scheduling service, and the appointment is added to my calendar. Calendly handles that information under its own privacy policy.
How it's stored
Form submissions are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored by my website host, Netlify, where only I can access them.
Your choices
You can ask me to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts.
